Inspired
My exploration of integrity began with strengthening the connection between the ability of my imagination and the skill of my hands. I find it an easy thing to let my imagination soar on the winds of color and form; it has been quite something else to teach my hands to forge an image originating from my wildly running imagination.
I have come to discover that the reasons behind why I do what I do reveal themselves after the work is done. "Why do I paint?" has been analogous to planting unidentified seeds in soil, not knowing the kinds of reasons that can germinate, in what way they will mature, or where my vulnerabilities lay unseen when I was a younger man.

Perhaps the key to an important question not revealed by a sound combination of words, distilled through shared experience, instead illuminates our universal selves through a language that lures and stalks us on silent tailored canvas.
